When floating and fishing, it has always been my style to enjoy a nice lunch when with friends / guide on the river. This why I especially enjoy fishing with my wife, because she will always take the time to stop and enjoy the beautiful riverside scenery, while eating a prepared lunch or a fresh streamside made lunch.
It is always fun to float the longer rivers and compete amongst the friends for the best hot lunch on the river. It is amazing how creative everyone can get, as well as sophisticated the recipes can become. Well, someone has to be the test dummy. Might as well be me!
