"Handy Tandem"
When on a search for rising fish on small streams and rivers, this "Handy Tandem" is always a proven
producer for me. The old stand-by lt. orange stimulator or lt. olive, even better in most cases and the trusty elk hair caddis. Fish them about 14-18" apart, amply dressed with your favorite floatant, and watch for the rise.
