Support FISHPOND in bringing awareness to the fishing and flyfishing community as we struggle with low water and rising lake and stream temperature's in Colorado this summer. Fishpond is adopting and promoting a voluntary promotion to all the flyfishing community to not fish once the water temperature reaches or goes above 68 degrees. Not fishing from 2PM to 10 Pm , reducing the stress and recovery tine it places on the fish. This is a law Montana's Game and Fish has in place when water temperature's hit critical highs.
Support Fishpond and many of the local flys shops who are proudly supporting this effort this year.
Sure would like to see Colorado adopt the same laws. Would be wonderful.
