Memorial Weekend Memories

As all holidays should be spent, with family or great friends. We
has the opportunity to enjoy the river with great friends on a lovely
13 mile float. Water levels were optimal and weather was terrific. The
result was a wonderful 6 hours on the river for the day. Several great
stops for lunch and a cocktail. All was good.

Oh No, the start of high water is taking it't toll on the patio. Bloody Mary's
and Moscow Mules were the drink of the day.

Could we Float n Fish this weekend again?

Could we squeak in another weekend in of floating and fishing,
it is looking like we could possibly get in a day or two. This
would be most excellent, as I had only planned on cleaning the
boat, BBQ'ing and relaxing. It would be nice to add to the
river miles.

Another floatable weekend- No Runoff

Because of the mild mid-week weather in the area, we
were treated on yet another weekend of floatable water.
Although the flows were at about 900 cfs. or so, the fish
were still feeding decent. The edges had clarity to 30-36",
and there was more river to float.

A nice day on the river, sporting some tiedie! My lucky
fishing shirt.
