Nature Boy Designs - Hat(ch) Patch and Wader Lanyard

I don't usually do a lot of product reviews, but I came across these two items that I think are
pretty ingenious. The team at Natureboy Designs have put some thought into these two items,
after you view and think about them, I think you would have to agree.
Although I seem to be intrigued by gadgets, I am a minimalist in the boat, as I hate to have a bunch of crap in and around me. Naturally the Hat(ch) Patch caught my eye because I am lazy and often stick flies in my hat like most, but absolutely hat it. I like this little carbon-fiber clip with a foam patch for flies that can be moved from hat to hat, but stays firmly in place. High tech and cool in the same sentence.

Being one that likes very simple lanyards, I was struck by this nice simple 1/2 lanyard that attaches to your wader suspenders, but would hold the bare minimum. Again, a very, very handy item for those that fish out a boat. Check them out at www.natureboydesigns.com

Montana at It's Finest

#3 in the Series of RAP, Random Acts of Photo. I alway enjoy sharing my trips and adventures with the viewer of Floatfisher.
I call this one Beaverhead Big Sky, as it is take overlooking the Beaverhead River, with the fires in
the distant adding to the beauty of the sunset.
Sushi on the Yellowstone River, flown in fresh daily to Yellowstone River Lodge, enjoyed overlooking the river. You cannot beat this. If you can, bring it on!
"Reflections" of the Wolf Creek Bridge on the water below. One of my all time favorite.
The Missouri is one of our favorites, as is Headhunters.

The Day was a Blur

Another great weekend of rowing the ditch and catching a couple fish. It is alway special when the morning "bite" is on. Almost had the boat on the river to the glow of the moon, tying on the first fly
with the headlamp is always an indication, you're probably the first on the river and the section. Oh well, early bird gets the action.

Fish were tucked to the edges, sipping, slurping and inhaling there favorite morsel.

13 Years of Wedded Bliss

Floatfisher takes off the day to celebrate 13 wonderful years of marriage to Mary.
Without her, all of the great thing you see daily would not be possible, or nearly as fun.
I Love You, Happy Anniversary.
