Rail In'

Thanks to our good friend Joe Willuaer for talking us to chasing after these damn steelhead. Although we are only pure novices, the chase is addicting, the reward even better. For three days I could not whip this grin off Mary's face, as it was only 8 hours previous she had railed and landed her first Steelhead.
A new river, some new fish for Ms. Floatfisher to rail on. This king measures in at over
42" , and somewhere over 30#'s.  Quite a fight after just snapping a new Sage Method on the hole above on fish slightly smaller. River was loaded with fish moving up the river along with some real
nice steelhead.  More to come.

Got Your Back Jack

Caught first thing yesterday morning, this brown just wanted to hang next to
with us at the boat.

Fishing Signs

Mary and I took a wrong channel while floating a week ago, and ended up in a strange place.
All the sudden we were czech nymphing, and in big trouble. Always obey your local fishing regulations.

Another River, Another Locale

Spokane, was the destination on this fishing map this week, as we we had a seeking
to attend. However Floatfisher, does not leave nor plan a trip without packing the rods .
We could not attend a wedding and not fish. That #$%^&*&^ crazy.
Home of the RedBand Trout, plus a few others.
Mary surveying the Spokane River for the next run. Caddis coming off.
Beautiful riffle and runs everywhere you look.
One of our favorite hangouts when we visit Spokane, great atmosphere, art work
service and you can't beat the name of the place. If your ever in the neighborhood,
check it out.
