Fishing was very "spotty" this weekend.

Had the opportunity to fish a great no-name creek this past weekend that was
chocked full of fish waiting to eat dry flies, and did they eat and eat and eat. We
were doing early morning floats and late evening floats to enjoy the truely beautiful
weather we had over the weekend. Hope yours was as nice!

Mr. Brown with a nice selection of summer colors.

Red Spot, Brown Spot, Orange Spot- Aw let catch another beauty.

On the Road Again-

As the great Willie Nelson sings, "On the Road Again", Floatfisher has planned another adventure
to see more water this year. Although we will not be adding a new river to our growing list,
we will be visiting our favorite river,  the South Fork of the Snake. I am super geeked at the
opportunity to spend the day celebrating my wife's 25th Birthday on the river catching some
fine Cuttthrout trout.  In addition, I will have the opportunity to celebrate my 46th Birthday
the next day and spend the day with my cousin, Kane. We have not had the opportunity to
spend time flyfishing yet and I look forward to the day.

Watch out South Fork, here we come. Although there are other rivers to come before, rainbow
and brownfish to catch in between.

Weekend Accident-

Well, I have not broke a rod in some time, but my luck ran out this weekend, as were fishing
double dry's on a perfect stretch of water. Not sure what has happened over the course of time
but went to set the hook and boom, snapped at top of the second ferrell. Although it mean't not
fishing the final mile of the float, we had a million dollar day to that point.

Will send it back to Winston for repair and have to look for new one? Again, damn the luck.
Just when you think you have everything, something like this brings you down to earth. You never know! What to look for?
